Banyu Anjlok Waterfall
Malang Regency in East Java has a very famous waterfall, Coban Rondo in the Pujon area, which is very tall and amazes many people. There are also Coban Pelangi in Ngadas, Poncokusumo, which are usually visited by tourists who want to go to Bromo or Semeru. But maybe there are still a few who know the Banyu Anjlok Waterfall. The waterfall is unique, falling to the beach. To access it also from the beach, Lenggoksono Beach.

BEGIN FROM LENGGOKSONO BEACH
This beach is located in Lenggoksono Hamlet, Purwodadi Village, Tirtoyudo Subdistrict, Malang Regency.
From Malang City here +/- 3 hours by car, towards Kota Dampit, southeast of Malang. Once approaching the location, the streets began to twist, up and down and quite narrow in several sections.
Lenggoksono Beach is quite long, white sand and many shady trees. Seen many fishing boats leaning back, as well as tourist boats. Although the name still sounds foreign, but apparently among East Java tourists this beach is pretty popular. Seen from the quite a number of tourists who MyTrip saw while visiting there on weekends. In the coastal area there are also quite a number of food stalls, food vendors such as meatballs, toilet facilities and rinse rooms. There is also a snorkeling equipment rental place.
Row of boats on Lenggoksono Beach
Entering the beach is subject to an entrance ticket of IDR 5,000 / person outside the vehicle parking lot. There is no special parking area, just park your vehicle under a shady tree. Then, what are you doing on this beach? Snorkeling? Swim?

Seeing the character of the waves is quite hard, it seems like it’s impossible to swim or snorkel here. Moreover, there are many motorized wooden boats that are scurrying around. Yes, Lenggoksono Beach turns out to be just a kind of basecamp or gate for other tourism in the vicinity.
SNORKELING AND SWIMMING IN THE BAYS OF THE BOTTOM AND BEACH BOLU
Boats on Lenggoksono Beach can be rented for IDR 400,000 PP with a maximum capacity of 8 passengers. Or if you are only two or four for example, you don’t need to rent, but just pay Rp 50,000 / person PP. The boat will be filled by other passengers until full of 8 new people walk.

There are 3 places to be addressed: BAY KONDANAN, Bolu-Bolu Beach and Banyu Anjlok Waterfall. Usually the boatman will offer to a place farther away, Bolu-Bolu Beach. Sea travel with a slim boat, although not far to the middle because the destination is only to the beach or other bays, not to other islands, still sometimes a little tense because the waves are strong enough to shake the boat. Remember, we are in the Indonesian Ocean, the southern sea. So, life vest should be used, and plastic bag protected, or carry dry bag.

About 15 minutes drive, we can stop by snorkeling first at Teluk Kempat’an. The boat doesn’t need to be docked to the beach. We immediately throw ourselves out of the boat. The average depth here is around 5 m. The fish is pretty much, the coral reefs are also pretty good. For those who have felt snorkeling in Komodo National Park or Raja Ampat, they are not entertained here. But for those who have never been snorkeling in the waters of East Indonesia, this bay can hold it.
Finish snorkeling, continue about 10-15 minutes to Bolu-Bolu Beach. This beach is difficult to reach from land because it is a steep cliff. You can ride a motorbike from Lenggoksono too. But usually people go to this beach and stop by Kempatan and Banyu Anjlok Waterfall, so more people choose to take a boat. The beach is sloping, the waves are calm and the water is clear, many small fishes go back and forth, making it a suitable location for beautiful swimming.
In Bolu-Bolu there are lodges and toilets for billas. But it is advisable to stick with wet clothes to continue to the Banyu Anjlok Waterfall because we will be tempted to play wet again under the waterfall.
